Jacob did a great job selling my house! He is smart, and has a finger on the pulse of the market. Very personable, kind, and honest. He told me how it is, how it was going to go. He gave me tips on what to change, and then helped me through the rest of the stuff that I needed to fix! I got to know I'm really well, and in the end I consider him a friend. He actually looked out for me. Great guy!

Hannah made the experience of being a first time homebuyer fun and easy. She took time to get to know me and was able to find the perfect fit. Hannah has so many local connections that do outstanding work and are excellent communicators. She is so knowledgeable and was able to guide me seamlessly through every single step. I recommend her to everyone who is starting the home buying process!

Five gold stars are not enough. If we could give Hannah a sky's worth, we would! Living out of the country and not having bought a house in 20 years, we were extremely reliant on her mentoring us in a highly competitive market. She made every step of the process understandable, doable and supportive; quickly bringing us up to speed. An outstanding negotiator and communicator, Hannah's rigor and passion for her work went well beyond the call of duty: she quickly responded to our emails and phone calls; setting up Zoom tours and in-person meetings as we needed. We were able to trust her wisdom and skills as an agent from beginning to end. It was bitter-sweet to sign for our house. We now have the house of our dreams but miss our wonderful real estate agent with a heart of gold! Highly recommended!

I had a great selling experience with Mattie. She walked me through the selling process and advised me on preparing my home for the sale. She was referred to me by one of my employees, in which she assisted several of their family members with purchasing and selling a home. Mattie is quite knowledgeable of the area and knows how to negotiate a sale. She was responsive and kept me calm :-) I greatly appreciated working with Mattie.

Hannah was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and timely in dealing with all of our questions. She guided us through this new experience patiently and thoughtfully understanding our concerns. Her assessments of properties was straightforward, she did not sugar coat - so we knew when we found the right place! On many occasions Hannah went above and beyond to help us. Working with Hannah was like working with a kind older sister -- even though she is decades younger than us!
