Being a first-time home buyer, the real estate market felt a bit unworldly. Nick Kellar was not only empathetic to this feeling, but he's someone willing to be a teacher of the home buying process. After the first conversation with Nick, I knew that we were in the right hands. During our first walk-through, it was becoming clear that by the end of this journey, we would be able to make an educated decision, as well as achieve our home buying goals. Nick understood we were new to the process and took the time to guide us every step of the way. I appreciate how he really paid attention to what we wanted in a home, and made sure to find options that matched both price-points and priorities. He was patient with all my questions, patient with my busy and often late evening schedule by being available 24/7 to accommodate, and his expertise was enlightening. When it came time to make an offer, Nick provided valuable guidance to help us feel more confident in our decisions and have accurate expectations of the process. Nick’s knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process smoother & less overwhelming. I feel like we were not only assisted with our first home purchase, but also made more prepared for future home purchases. I would highly recommend Nick to family/friends with confidence he would help them get the home they deserve. Thanks Nick for making our home-buying experience so positive and memorable!

When we first started looking at houses in the summer of 2023, it seemed like everyone else was also looking for a new house to buy. Every house we put an offer on already had like 6 offers and ours usually wasn't one of the best due to financial limitations. After putting in about 4 offers and almost being chosen for 1 of them, we decided to take a break. Our plan was to start looking again in the Spring of 2024. One fine night in (December 2023) scrolling on one of the housing apps, not really looking for anything, we saw a house that checked ALL of our boxes. We decided right then to contact Nick Kellar, not expecting to get a response until the next morning as it was after hours. He responded right away letting us know that he will get us in to see the house the next day. When we went to see the house, it was as if it was already ours. We absolutely loved it. Nick helped us put in an offer quickly and made sure the offer was good, and competitive, without breaking the bank. After anxiously waiting for 1 whole day, our offer was accepted!!! The house was going to be ours. The appraisal ended up being worth more that what we paid and Nick was able to get us 3% closing help in our offer. We didn't have much saved up to buy a house, so this was amazing! From then, it was smooth sailing. After lots of emails, inspection, signing documents, the house was ours! We have a new home, a first home, and are absolutely loving it. I would 1000% recommend Nick Kellar and his company to anyone who is looking for a new home or looking to sell a home. Our experience with them was terrific and having our own home has felt live changing. (So much more space!!!!)
