Kalinka did an awesome job for us again. The first time was selling our downtown condo. This time, she assisted in selling our home of 32 years. Got above asking price and had multiple offers before it's first showing. She gave great advice on what should be done to improve the home value, including staging She communicated with us on a continuous basis and we knew exactly what was happening during the entire process. We are now using her to buy our next home! Recommend Kalinka 100%!

Kalinka did an excellent job selling our condo! She provided valuable advice that generated demand and resulted in a fast sale for over asking. Her connections for remodeling, staging, and photos all do high quality work. Her extensive experience with other units in the same condo development meant she knew exactly what to highlight for buyers, how to answer any common concerns, and who to call at the HOA. Kalinka's efforts made it such an easy transaction, especially since we were no longer in area.

Kalinka provided us with seamless service for the sale of our condo. She advised us of sale options, including whether or not to renovate before sale. She assisted us in identifying the contractor for renovation and in directing the style of the renovation appropiate for our market. She was highly familiar with our complex and its HOA and management. Kalinka navigated the HOA aspects better then we could, even as 12 year owners. The sale and closing transaction went smoothly - from appropriate pricing, negotiations, keeping on top of the transaction deadlines, and closing. Kalinka handles the deal herself, so that you don't feel passed off to an assistant. Finally, Kalinka moved the process along quickly, respecting the season of the sale and understanding that a vacant property is an expense.

What can I say about Kim? She is the most amazing broker. I originally contacted her to help me purchase my first home back in 2015. She was amazing she understood immediately waht I was looking for. id not make me loose my time, she took me to beautiful homes until we found the one!!. The she was the best negotiator and we were able to close. She welcomed me with a beautiful basket, always kept in touch through the years, so when I was ready to sell it, the logical choice was Kim. Even though 8 years had passed she answered me immediately, and understood the dilemma I was in with fixing the house to get it ready to sell. She took charge, organized everything and in 1 week the house was ready to go on the market.
