Amazing. Lori is just amazing. She is professional, patient, personable, and so knowledgeable. If she doesn't know what you need to know, she will find out and get right back to you. We started working with Lori about a year or so before Covid. We wanted a condo at that time as a vacation/winter home to travel to from our home in West Virginia. After Covid and some other personal obstacles, we decided we wanted to relocate here. Lori immediately started the search for our dream retirement home. Finally, after many trips here, and Lori dutifully and patiently showing us place after place in so many neighborhoods, we found our place. It was a new build and we needed so much help. Lori was there every step of the way keeping us on top of what we needed to do and navigating with all the parties involved in this difficult process. She was always upbeat when we became worry warts through the tedious process. Lori treated us like family and we just love her. Kirk did an outstanding job helping us to find our home in South Carolina. Kirk knew the area very well. Kirk knew what we were looking for and didn’t waste any time showing us homes that would not be of interest to us. Kirk is knowledgeable about the process, and the builder, and assisted us every step of the way. With us not being in South Carolina, Kirk was our eyes and ears at all times, knowing that Kirk is very involved in his church. I hated to bother him on a Sunday. It didn’t matter to Kirk he responded each and every time, if not in minutes within a few hours. I would work with Kirk again in a heartbeat, if I ever find myself looking for another home. Outstanding agent and gentlemen.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was unfamiliar with the whole process. Jill was always available to answer my questions. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was gracious with her time. I would highly recommend.
