Greg became our realtor before he was a broker and now that he is an broker, his realty firm is the only one we will use. We've had many real estate agents in our lives, some were good, some okay and some quite lousy we can honestly say Greg is the only one we've ever actually *liked* (we like his realtors as well ?Meg). He is knowledgeable, thorough and his negotiation skills are top-notch. We know he will get the job done exactly the way it needs to be done. He was initially our realtor for numerous real estate purchases and sales, we now consider him a friend. Go with Berardi Realty, they are truly the best.

Greg did an incredible job helping me sell my mother's house. It took a lot of work to get the house ready to sell, and Greg managed everything so that I did not have to worry about finding people to clean, do repairs, etc. He is highly knowledgeable and extremely resourceful, and I enjoyed working with him. He truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Greg!

I have been a seller and buyer with Greg Berardi as my realtor. Ten years ago I bought a house he was listed on and we decided to have him as our listing agent on the house we were selling. Last month in our move to Dutchess County, we agreed again to use Greg as our agent. He keeps everything in perspective even when emotions get high . He will make sure you are happy from start to finish!
