Sarah is so great to work with! Being able to lean on her deep expertise in the Seattle ADU market was absolutely key for our listing. Having Sarah guide us through the complications of HOAs, Public Offering Statements, amended inspection reports, water sub-metering, and all the rest made the process so much more manageable. If you're selling or buying an ADU, you need someone like Sarah who knows this process inside and out on your team.

Jenny made my home purchasing experience so easy and was committed to finding me the perfect place! Jenny always made herself available for tours, working around my busy job schedule. She responded promptly to questions and had a solid knowledge of the process, so I never had to stress about the details. We found a wonderful townhouse in a perfect location and Jenny was able to quickly review the resale certificate and other lengthy legal documents that I'd never seen before as a first time home buyer. She answered all my questions, helped me understand what I was looking at, and most importantly, was able to negotiate a lower purchase price based on some of the findings in the provided documents! Even after the process was over, Jenny helped me with insurance needs and referred me to companies that could perform some maintenance before move-in. I couldn't have asked for better service, I'll definitely be calling Jenny the next time I'm looking to buy or sell!

Devon was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always responsive in our search for a home in setting up tours and getting us relevant information and was instrumental in guiding us through the buying process.
