Daniel and Ashley are exceptional to work with! We would recommend anyone looking to sell their home to work with them. From the first phone call until the closing, they made the entire process seamless. Their professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, accessibility, and communication are top-notch. We had a tight timeline and needed to sell our property to close on the new home we were purchasing. Daniel and Ashley set the wheels in motion and made the process stress-free. Michelle did a great job showing us properties and helping us through the purchase process. She was always communicative and attentive and stayed apprised of everything we needed to know from the seller's side as well as all of the inspection and contract work. Chris, help our family to sell and buy another home. He understood our needs and help us all the way through. Buying a property is a headache, imagining buying and selling at the same time. Michelle helped me navigate the sale of my dad's house after he passed away. I knew very little about this process and Michelle helped me through every step. She is a straight shooter and got right to the point with me. Honestly, I thought I was going to have to put a lot of money into the home to get it ready to sell and she advised me that it probably wasn't a good idea and also explained to me why. All we had to do was some cleaning and minor items here and there and that was that. Her photographer took super amazing photos of the house, it listed on a Wednesday, and by Friday we had four offers...two were for cash and were over the asking price! More important than any of that is the fact that she went above and beyond, in my opinion, to be there for me at every instance when dealing with the HOA, fire department, completing forms, calling people and even being there to meet some of these people when it really wasn't her responsibility to do so. But she knew I was away for work, and she went to bat for me. Michelle even found a mistake that the fire department made with respect to property lines and saved me from having to pay unnecessarily for things that were actually the HOA's responsibility! She also negotiated with the buyer that was asking for repairs that were just a little over the top, and that all worked out just fine. My point is that I'm almost certain that Michelle has listings that are way more important and lucrative than my situation was, but she treated me like I was a heavy hitter and I really respected her work ethic! I always felt like I was important to her and I really appreciated that. These are qualities that can't be taught, it's just who she is. If you should be so fortunate to have her for an agent, consider yourself very lucky!

We had the pleasure of having Sarah Hill at Team Forss as our realtor! She was amazing and so helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend her and the team! She has great Local knowledge because she has lived in the area for many years! The Process expertise is on point with the whole team behind her. She was very responsive and answered all texts, calls, and questions very quickly and thoroughly. She stayed on top of the sellers agent to get the deal closed and keep us all on track.
