Ginny was on top of everything from the first interview meeting through escrow. I really appreciated having her leading this first time seller. She also made sure to get me the most value for my money on getting things fixed up on the house. I was a nervous wreck because that’s how I’m wired, but she kept me going. Give her you business.

As a lender I work with many Realtors. There are many good ones and some not so good ones. That's the reality. Ginny Lee is at the top of the list! She is a true professional. This is not a side hustle for her and she doesn't have a license to hope she comes across some business. This is her livelihood and that is unfortunately somewhat unique in the real estate profession. She knows the market, she knows the data, she's constantly improving herself through training/reading/conference/etc. When I have the opportunity to work with her customers I know the real estate side is handled and her customers are going to be well taken care of. She is one of the best of the best!

Ginny did a terrific job marketing and selling our mother’s condo in a challenging market. We feel she gave solid, fact-based advice on pricing and what changes would be cost beneficial. She worked effectively with the closer and other agent during the negotiations and settlement. We would certainly recommend Ginny to others!
