I don't have enough words to express the gratitude and how impressed I was by Abigail and her team. After being on the market for 6 months, with very few bites, we decided to change real estate agents. Within a week of being listed, we had multiple offers. I couldn't believe how much of a different/better experience it was with her over the other agent. She knows the modern market and has a wonderful approach. Abigail and her team knocked it out of the park. I've been recommending them to everyone!

Abigail and George Herrera and their team did an exceptional job for us in marketing and selling our house. They guided us through the process, provided a detailed analysis and pricing strategy, and answered any questions that we had. I would highly recommend and use their services again in the future.

Abigail and George are absolutely amazing! My husband and I first worked with them as buyers when we purchased our co-op in 2014. We recently sold that co-op in 2021 and turned to Abigail and George to help us. They are truly professional, caring and detail oriented. They provided us with ample data points to guide us with the listing price and ultimate selection process for buyers. We had a few complications with our co-op and their expertise helped us navigate a couple of difficult situations. I honestly cannot say enough great things about them and Ana, another member of their team. If you're looking for diligent, honest, trust worthing, dependable and caring realtors I recommend you give Abigail and George a call. They are truly the best realtors I have ever met.

Abby and George are a power couple and they have an amazing team (QHT). We met them last year, in a tight situation, wherein we wanted to sell our house in 2-4 months, and at the same time were looking for someone that is down to earth and aggressive at the same time. Abby impressed us with her excellent plan, and George went over the finance logistics. They then introduced us to Daniel from their team, who did an excellent job during open houses. They were always there to answer any questions, and helped with any stragglers along the way. They definitely sold our house within the time frame and even got the estimated Selling price. Abby and Daniel are still in touch with us, and we can clearly see they are much more than business; they value personal connections so much! Only problem we had was the real estate attorney (from Astoria)that they recommended, who valued his time but never bothered or was upset to give us a breakdown for the costs. Apart from that, the QHT is excellent and will 100% meet your selling needs, and we highly recommend them!!

This Review is about Abigail Herrera, George Herrera, and Ana Delgado I live in Florida and my brother and I owned a house in Queens. N.Y. My brother passed away and I decided to sell the house. I hired Team Keller Williams Realty who was recommended to me. I could not have made a better choice. The house was very old and needed many repairs before being sold. The house was in probate for almost one year. throughout that time Abigail was always available to recommend and deal with snow removal, an electrician to attempt to fix a leaking furnace, trash removers, etc. When the house was finally sold, Abigail and George Herrera got a price for me that I never thought possible. Ana Delgado was as kind as she could be, keeping me informed and up to date as to proceedings. I can't recommend them highly enough. Iris Gross
