Unique Top-Notch Real Estate Agent! We have bought and sold numerous properties during the past 30 years and Geoffrey Cook was the best agent we’ve worked with. Geoffrey and Meaghan were amazing to work with and so very patient with us both before the sale, during and after. They both understood that this was a big move for us and went the extra mile to reduce our stress level. They were able to handle any problems that came up easily and always took it upon themselves to correct the problem instead of making us come up with a solution. They were both there for us immediately if we had a question or concern, they always took the time to explain everything in terms we understood and they were always gracious and kind.

This is our second purchase with Evelyn, she is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of Maui, always responsive (even with our occasional time differences working on the mainland). Evelyn cares about her clients and always keeps you on her mind. We looked at a potential property months before this one came on the market- when it did Evelyn immediately contacted us with all the information so we could make an informed decision. It’s was at times difficult to get all the information we needed from the sellers - and Evelyn went to work each & every time to produced quick results & ensure we were informed and protected during the negotiation and sale. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying a value property or a million dollar listing, Evelyn will be with you every step of the way. We while-heartedly recommend her and honestly wouldn’t proceed with a Maui real estate transaction without her by our side.
