Geo was an absolute joy to work with. He was very diligent on researching property options based on my preferences. He was thorough and very frequent with his communication with me. I would absolutely refer him to anyone looking for land or housing in New Mexico. He possesses an upbeat and always positive attitude, and I’m very fortunate to have been able to work with him in my corner. He is a good intentioned human being who really does care. I appreciate Geo's help as buyer agent for my recent cash land purchase. It was my first cash purchase and he very professional and helpful with the process. One other significant thing for me that I appreciate is that I was able to secure a property that I thought I missed out on 7 months earlier because he remembered me when it came back on the market. Remembering my needs and making it happen was the deal sealer for me choosing him as my agent when I was just an old inquiry at that point. In a real estate world of one and done business transactions where you're forgotten shortly after, it was great to be remembered.

We first worked with Geo in 2018, when he assisted us in buying a house in Gallup. We were pleased with his professionalism and efforts on our behalf, and hired him to sell the same house in winter, 2021. Geo, now in business for himself, continues to be professional and highly committed to getting the job done! He was responsive and thorough in all that he did, and he sold our house!
