Josh was amazing to work with. He was very responsive without being "pushy". He followed up exactly at the time we talked about and put in the extra effort. He made himself available based on my family's schedule (which I appreciated very much). Even after closing, he has followed up to make sure everything has gone smoothly and to see if there's anything I need. Not just once either! Josh is very knowledgeable and is genuinely a nice guy. I highly recommend him as your realtor.

We visited Prescott in 2020, and loved the area. We wanted less heat than Phoenix, four seasons, trees, and a small town feel. And our needs were very specific: One story, 2400-2800 sq ft, and privacy. Three years later we decided to go for it. On a Friday night we found a home we liked via an online search, and requested more information. In a matter of minutes we received a call from the brokerage office, and the next morning Angela reached out to us. We didn't know Angela at all, but trusted that God would put us with the right person. And we are confident He did. Soon after, we visited several homes with Angela, ultimately making an offer on one. That contingent deal fell through because our Phoenix home didn't sell in a timely manner. For for the next 5 months we continued to show our home, watch the Prescott listings, and do our best to remain hopeful. During this time, Angela was constantly encouraging, enthusiastic, and optimistic. Every week she would check in with us to see how our showings were going, and discuss any Prescott homes we were interested in. When you're hoping to move, and your house doesn't sell for months, you need all the encouragement you can get. And Angela excelled in this way. She didn't give up on us or our dream. One Saturday night in early September, we got a full price offer out of the blue. We texted Angela and said "are you ready to start looking at homes?" "Heck ya!" was her reply. And the next day we drove up, found a home we wanted, and that night Angela submitted our offer. A month later we moved in. Boom! Angela became our friend during this process, and that's a beautiful benefit. We can enthusiastically recommend her to anyone needing to sell or buy a home. Thank you, Angela!

We trusted a friend's referral to Megan and soon learned to trust her. We began our search from a distance and waited almost a year before we were ready to buy. During the wait, Megan was patient. When we were ready to buy, it happened quickly and she made every step smooth and easy. Megan is the consummate professional: always responsive, knowledgeable, and gave us great advice. It has been 30 years since we purchased a home and so many new ways to do so, but Megan never made us feel anything but confident. She's outstanding.

Josh consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. He is the best realtor we've ever worked with. We were a pain and he could have dumped us and I wouldn't have blamed him, but he didn't and always did what we asked and more.
