Gailmarie made our home buying process a great experience! What would have been a stressful situation was not. We’ve been in our home now for about a year and we are SO happy. Gailmarie walked us through every step in the process and answered any questions we had. Gailmarie and her team went above and beyond. I am eternally grateful, and the relief that the house is now safely in the hands of its new owners is life changing. Just today I saw the “mortgage paid in full” on my mortgage app and had to take a picture of it I was so excited. She’s not your realtor…she’s your partner. She gets things handled and helps where she’s needed. She’s also incredibly well connected on the mountain. I’d never buy in that area again without her. When I first spoke with Gailmarie my situation was a mess. There were undisclosed expired permits from when I bought the place, it was still a mess from the previous owner, and I needed to sell ASAP due to an unforeseen health condition. She used her contacts to rush the permit process and saved me not just time but quite a bit of money. She was able to get showings even in the catastrophic market (thanks to the skyrocketing gas prices) and ultimately got it sold in less than 5 months without me ever really needing to get up there. I couldn’t get up the mountain due to my health, so she and her team met with the permit guy for me (and various other people) to get the house ready and get it sold. Thank you, Gailmarie. You are an Angel and I appreciate you so much!
