Harlan represented me through the buying and selling of my property. I enjoyed working with him because of his quieter, attentive demeanor. Communication was good, very responsive by email or text. I felt I could ask him about almost any small little thing that came up in the selling process. Some things that I thought were really good that helped the sale of the home was the professional staging referral that Harlan made, his photographer did really good pictures, and Harlan put that listing up in a lot of different places. We ended up getting multiple offers and sold for substantially higher than our purchase price. Thank you Harlan for the work that you do!

Harlan was phenomenal in every way. From our first meeting to post closing, Harlan was informative, helpful, kind, patient, and respectful. He helped us manage our expectations with what we could afford, was willing to look all over Rochester for a house that fit our wants and needs, and helped us process through important details about the house, such as repair work, future issues, and what we would want to get out of it with our time in the home. My wife and I could not recommend Harlan enough! He’s straight to the point, which is something you really should want to hear from an agent, and he was always honest about our uncertainties. We would gladly choose Harlan again if we had to look for a new home!

My spouse and I had a wonderful experience working with Harlan to purchase our first home. His breadth of knowledge of the whole process was indispensable to us as we were really flying in blind. Thanks to Harlan, we were able to feel a lot more comfortable diving into the market and were confident in our decision making. Just as importantly, Harlan was a real pleasure to work with. Very friendly and open, always willing to take time to answer our plethora of questions, and continues to reach out post-closing to see how we're doing settling in. Harlan also has a lot of connections in the area, and is able to recommend excellent people for various services ranging from mortgage servicers to plumbers to inspectors and more. Harlan was first recommended to me from a coworker that was thrilled he had done such a masterful job selling her house. He has since helped me sell my old house and recently helped me purchase my current home. His complimentary staging helped me get more than expected on my previous sale, and his knowledge of the market helped me to properly determine my bids on properties during the crazy summer housing market we just had. He's extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and has a well established network of home related professionals that he frequently works with and recommends. I personally used his recommendations for mortgage lenders, insurance agents, and flooring installers. He's my first name to anyone that mentions they are looking to sell or purchase a home.
