Frank was recommended to us by a friend. When I asked my friend why we should do business with Frank, he responded, 'Trust me, he's exactly who everyone needs when looking for a home.' He couldn't be more correct! Over the years, I have dealt with many professionals and in many different areas of expertise. Frank looked out for our interests and offered suggestions for us to consider. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Being out of town, he was our eyes and ears and really took his time in getting to know us. He challenged us to look beyond our needs today, and plan for our potential needs of tomorrow. And it didn't stop when all the papers were signed; he continued to be a resource for lingering questions and ideas. We can't say enough good things, but I will say that when we were looking for a house, Frank found us a home. Frank is truly one of the best

My husband and I are from out of state. Frank's knowledge and professionalism has made the purchasing experience painless and expedient. His warm personality made it comfortable to communicate with him on a regular basis. Because of Frank, we found our dream vacation home. Thank you Frank!!!!

What can I say about Frank to express our feelings and gratitude towards him...since our first phone conversation I felt like I had known him for years. He made the process of buying a property from 700 miles away so easy. He has great knowledge of the coastal area and the market in Calabash/Sunset Beach/Ocean Isle. He spent countless hours searching for properties, sending us photos/videos and submitting offers until we found our dream home. I look forward to working with him again and would HIGHLY recommend Frank to anyone looking for an agent in the area.

We were referred to Frank from out of state and felt comfortable with having him find our second and future retirement home immediately.<br/><br/>Frank knew the areas that we were interested in and what we were looking for in the house and community. He knew our price range and showed only those homes that were in it without any pressure.<br/><br/>Frank was able to keep us up to date on any new homes that became available (and even sent us videos of them) during our search which only lasted two months before putting in an offer that was accepted. He was very helpful in knowing what items to include in our offer that would make the deal go through and also put us in contact with a law firm that was able to do the closing.<br/><br/>Frank was also able to provide all utility information for getting them switched over and recommendations for local service providers for lawn care, house cleaning, etc. that we continue to use.<br/><br/>Buying a home from several hundred miles away is never easy, but Frank made the whole process easy and painless.<br/><br/>Thanks Frank we enjoyed working with you and are extremely pleased with the choice we made with you as our Realtor and the home we purchased.<br/><br/>For any future Realtor needs our first call would be to Frank.

He has been terrific. Did everything he could possibly do to promote and sell our home. Always answered our concerns promptly and right on target with everything. We interviewed several realtors before Frank and when we met him., we knew immediately he was the one. Our sale has gone along flawless and we would recommend him to everyone.
