Faye was fantastic, she was always available day or night. She was involved every step of the way and was even more fantastic after the deal was closed. She was available for my many questions and always in control of the whole process. If I needed a realtor now I would use her again. I highly recommend Faye Whitney.

I had a poor experience with Faye in which I felt she was not professional. I spoke on the phone with her to set up an appointment, and mentioned explicitly - if she would prefer not to show the home later that afternoon, so be it - instead, she went ahead and confirmed the appointment. We spoke about the timing of the appointment, twice. I arrived at the agreed upon time; she wasn't there. I called her and she said she wasn't coming and "had texted us" (unlikely, no text message was received, she also said she sent it to my number, she only ever had my husband's number). It was incredibly inconvenient for us and in my opinion inconsiderate on her part. My advice is proceed with caution as she may not show up.

Faye represented me when I sold my rental house. She got the process moving quickly and secured two offers after one day of showings. I would have appreciated more communication from Faye about my tenant’s rejecting many of the showing requests, but it worked out ok.

Faye was a lifesaver! I was an out of town Landlord and we had many issues come up when the tenant moved out. Faye had many great connections to help fix and clean the house, all for a great price. She was able to take charge when I could not be physically present and handled everything wonderfully. Not only that, she was able to get me 10k over asking price within the week we listed. You could not ask for a better realtor.
