Very thorough and personable! He was very respectful and made sure that each document was understood. Faisal also helped us with the removal of our washer and dryer, since the new homeowners had a set of their own. He is very understanding and patient when it comes to choosing a buyer. I am so honored to have had this chance to work with him. I will always recommend him to those I know in the area who are buying or selling property.

Faisal is a great real estate professional. He is very knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful and helpful. We had a wonderful experience in a recent transaction. We need to find a inspector soon after the offer was accepted, yet all we contacted are booked. Faisal was able to help us find one inspector and squeezed in an early Sunday appointment in the very next weekend.. He is very busy but always very responsive as well and he is instrumental to help us close the transaction on time. Highly recommend

Faisal was very responsive and available when we needed him. Sometimes, we would ask him to go see a home the same day, and he would arrange it. Due to COVID, houses could be seen only in 30 min slots, and they would fill them quickly. Faisal got us in between two slots, on a home we wanted to see. Faisal was able to read the seller agents, and we reduced our offer by 20k, and still got it. He never pressured us to put a higher offer. He let us drive that part, after giving us the comps. He sometimes, would tell us to go lower.
