Nothing but a professional, we were very impressed after being referred to Evelyn by a friend. She was always prompt to appointments and gave sound advice. Walked us through the buying process from start to finish. On top of that she's incredibly hardworking and always had our best interests at heart. We contacted Evelyn several months before listing our home for advice on necessary improvements to make for a quick sale once on the market. She displayed a great combination of experience and common sense with what we needed to do, or not do, making an otherwise overwhelming experience focused for us. Months later, with improvements in place, our home sold in less than a week for over asking price. Evelyn is a professional, knowledgeable and warm person. She answered all of our questions and explained the process ahead clearly. As importantly, she was very prompt in responding to emails, texts, etc. We were extremely pleased with Evelyn’s service and have already recommended her to friends.

She takes the time to look into a house in greater detail as if it was for her self. She works day and night to help me and my fiancé find the house we’ve always wanted. She was able to explain things it a great way. It allowed us to understand everything and made the first time home buying experience the best. Next house we look for we will definitely have her as our realtor again.

After much searching we landed on Evelyn, and we are certainly glad we did. We wanted to find a top agent, but didn't want a larger "agent team" who we've found through past experience, passes on work and management of the home selling process to less experienced associates under the guise of being the sole agent we interact with. Which is total false advertising by the way, but I digress. Anyways Evelyn was great. She is absolutely tireless and held our hand through the entire listing process. She sold our home in Fayetteville in just over a week. If someone were to ask why we would recommend Evelyn, the answer is simple. She just cared. Cared about getting back to us promptly, cared about details of the home, cared about getting us the best price, and was very attuned to times that were convenient for our family for showings. We found her to be a wealth of knowledge about the area, market, and nuances of selling a home.  We could not have asked for a better experience.
