Eve is an incredible realtor and human being. She went above an beyond to help me find the perfect home. As a first time home buyer, I had already gone through a rocky experience with another realtor that was just not "getting me". When I first met Eve, she just listened, validated my feelings, and asked all the right questions about what I was looking for. She advocated for me and the things I expected from the seller, but also kept me realistic and checked me when I was getting wild with my expectations. She also was incredible about communication (even when our cell services on both ends did not work :D). She was honest about what was going on in her life so that you knew she might be busy with her family during an event, but that she would contact you after the event. She is a true professional and knows what she is doing. I would absolutely recommend her for any person looking to buy or sell a home. I cannot speak more highly for her.

It was great to work with from start to finish, was very attentive and helpful as we dealt with obstacles, and was very knowledgeable about both real estate as well as the purchasing process. Also very helpful and helping us secure financing.

We bought and sold a house with Eve, and in both cases Eve was an excellent agent, well organized, explained everything in detail, and left nothing to chance. Changed things that didn't work the first time, such as the title company, and kept things that did work. Eve is very easy to work with and is always happy to help out or change appointments and provide feedback from visits.
