Eugene was a pleasure to work with. He knows the area and he gave us a lot of good advice. He and his associate, Chris, were always available and went out of their way to accommodate showing us properties as quickly as they could schedule them. They went above and beyond. We just closed on our first Miami property and are very happy with our new condo!

Eugene is an excellent agent. He was fully committed to helping me and my family find the perfect place. He really supported us through each step of the process, and he took the time to understand our personal situation and what we were looking for. He communicated with us on a regular basis, and because he's so knowledgeable, I always could rely on him to give us great recommendations. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the amazing level professionalism and dedication that Eugene showcased in the process. Eugene helped me through the entire process of buying the Townhouse in South Florida/ Miami area. He was always accessible and understanding of my concerns. He is immensely knowledgeable about the various aspects of home buying and offered excellent advice when I was in a quandary and had questions. Suffice to say that I’m immensely impressed with his fund of knowledge, professionalism, availability, responsiveness, accessibility, genuine will to provide assistance as well as his friendly & cordial nature. He was an asset to me during the entire process initiating from the negotiation to the construction, the subsequent walk-throughs and culminating in the final closing proceeding. Second time using what I know as one of the top performing realtors for my standards. I originally used Eugene back in 2018 in which he found me my first home when everyone else said what I was looking for was impossible within my price range. I knew it could be done, and I knew once talking to Eugene and explaining my vision, I knew he was the man for the job. Fast forwarding 5 years later I gave him the opportunity to sell this same property after value has since doubled within this short time frame. I put all my trust in Eugene to do what is right for his clients and to find someone like this nowadays that is willing to go above and beyond to meet deadlines, expectations, and keep you informed all along away with all the moving parts of the deal is simply hard to find. Eugene’s experience and expertise in the industry gives him an edge that simply is incomparable. Eugene helped us find the perfect home in 2017 after four other agents didn’t show us what we were looking for. His skill and expertise in the market, and negotiating skill helped us find the property that was the exact size and price. It took skill to bring the seller on board with the offer we made. Eugene was called in 2021 to potentially list the house. He worked the comps and we were pleasantly surprised at the value increase. Ultimately, we did not list the house in 2021, and Eugene said “Dont worry it will be worth 20% (his real number) in a few years”. In 2023 Eugene listed and sold our home within a week for exactly 21% more than the estimate in 2021. He is a constant professional and drives the sale or purchase of a home so you can rest easy working with him.
