Erin was absolutely wonderful through our home buying process. She helped us find the perfect listing, and was very involved throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home; she touched base with us constantly to make sure we were okay and to keep us updated with the buying process. She made a very stressful time very smooth and enjoyable!

We wanted to see a house Erin was selling and we didn't have a realtor at that time. The house didn't fit our needs but Erin was quick to volunteer to work for us and show us other houses. She was very quick to understand what we were looking for and what suited our needs. We had a large area of options to consider and she never hesitated to meet us anywhere and show us a home. She was always responsive to any questions we had or needs that we had and there were many as we were first time buyers. Once we found our home she was very fast at getting paperwork processed and letting us know each step. Even when there was a struggle getting the sellers to do work they agreed to, we never knew a thing about it until we were getting invoices of the work being completed because Erin handled everything on her own, professionally and efficiently, without us ever having to worry about any of it. She even checked in on us multiple times while she was on vacation to make sure things were going as they should for us. I feel like Erin provided precise, friendly, and knowledgeable service more so than any other professional involved in this entire process.

Spot on with the asking price. Fought for my interests in negotiation and knew what was negotiable. Responded incredibly quick to any questions I had and helped me keep up with the schedule of what I needed to do. Very nice to work with.
