Working with Erika has been a great pleasure. Never once have I felt that my questions weren't being answered. She's consistent, patient, responsive, attentive, and very personable. Erika's interpersonal skills made me feel like I'm being guided by a friend rather than a real-estate agent, while still keeping it professional. Four years ago I've connected with Erika on my journey of finding the perfect home for my family and I. Although, it took me a while until I finally found the perfect home, Erika has always been consistent with emailing me updates on new listings through the spans of four years. When I finally found a home that peaks my interest, I would immediately contact Erika wanting to see it that same day. On days when Erika was booked she always managed to arrange for me to have a showing with one of her team members so that I wouldn't lose out an opportunity. Time is of the essence. I greatly appreciate her tips and pointer when putting in an offer, and her flexibility and level headedness when dealing with surprising situations. Erika is amazing! Even through a couple bumps, she was able to smooth them out for us! Her team assisted us through the buying and selling process. We were so thankful to chose them for our new house needs!!!! Highly recommend Erika and her team for every step in the housing market!
