We sold 2 houses w/ Mahler Realty & we had an excellent experience! In fact our experience was so good that if I had more homes to sell - I wouldn’t hesitate to work w/ them again. Upon contacting Mahler Realty & leaving a message, I received an IMMEDIATE call back from Erik Mahler. We set up a consultation appointment & he met w/ us to discuss his plans for selling both of our homes simultaneously . Erik was very straightforward. He did not complicate matters. He told us what our homes were worth & outlined the steps he would take to sell both homes. Erik’s experience, tenacity & follow up are traits that set him apart from the sea of realtors out there. His family business has been around for decades & we knew it would be vitally important to work w/ someone who is familiar w/ the multitude of issues that could & very often, will arise. We very much appreciated Erik’s direct approach. He called regularly with updates, presented us with choices for decisions we would need to make & no question was off the table. Very often, we would ask for his opinion & he would provide great counsel which enabled us to make all the right decisions. Erik’s understanding of different markets also helped when setting a price for both homes. This is where many people run into problems & become dissatisfied w/ their listing agent. Because of Erik’s vast experience, we left that decision up to him. He was the expert & we were not. Because of this, he helped us achieve the top of the market price for both homes! In addition, Mahler Realty has a great back up team. Erik’s office assistants Brittny & Nancy are very professional & extremely helpful . They lined up appointments in an organized manner & were available to answer any questions we had . Eric Mahler of Mahler Realty met with me, toured my house, garage and property, went over comparable properties in my location and we set an amount to list the property. There was quite a bit of interest as he and other realtors showed my property. Due to a variety of reasons the property took an inordinate amount of time to get to the closing, but he and his staff were there to appraise me of the progress throughout that time. I would highly recommend using Mahler Realty for the selling or buying a house or an apartment.

Helped us through entire process. Made us feel confident that we would be able to sell our home quickly at a good price, and we did. Very helpful and friendly staff always there when I needed them.
