We asked Erica to represent us while building our first home in 2023. As first-time homeowners, we had no idea what we were getting into or what to expect. She was recommended to me by a coworker I am close to and trust and we felt confident in our decision because of the amount of experience she has in her field of work. Erica had been great in helping us navigate through the process of choosing a good lot for us; considering things that we would not have thought to bring up at the design center or ask the builder while doing walkthroughs; negotiations (she was able to help us negotiate a lower price for the lot, which was amazing); and she was always available to answer any of our questions via call, text, or email. She was also able to provide us with the contact information of a curtain and closet specialist, which is very helpful, and gave us a great place to start after settling into our new home. Overall, I think Erica has the care, knowledge, and expertise we're all looking for in a real estate professional. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking into purchasing a home, whether it be their first or twentieth, and I certainly would work with her again if there is an opportunity in the future!

This is the after the second transaction (soon to be the third) we have had with Erica and have been very happy with her professional expertise regarding her knowledge of the various workings of both a typical and unusual purchase and/or selling of a home. Erica is extremely knowledgeable of the area of Jacksonville that we are interested in. She is also very adept at the nuances of negotiating in the best interests of her clients. She constantly keeps you up to date on all the details even when we were trying to secure a deal in Jacksonville, while living in Arizona. I cannot recall another real estate agent that I have ever worked with who made me feel more secure when the circumstances at the time were in such turmoil for my wife and me and for that reason especially we will be forever grateful. I recommend Erica highly for a professional experience from a truly qualified real estate agent.

Brian did a great job of assisting us with the purchase of our home. His knowledge of the area of Jacksonville that we were interested in moving to, was very helpful when we were looking at houses. He was involved with the closing and was very helpful when that time came. He is a very friendly guy with a great personality. He is a very good real estate agent.

After having our house on the market for 90 days with no results, we made a change and were introduced to Erica. She was fantastic. She knows the market intimately, was creative, and gave us several wonderful ideas that helped to get our house under contract in just 10 days!
