Wonderful experience with Eric Hatch buying my first home. He was very patient and really listed to what I was looking for! In searching, he had so much experience and gave me excellent advice. I trust him implicitly. He helped find the perfect house for me. Highly suggest him when you are buying/selling in the Grass Valley, Nevada City, Auburn area.

We just bought our first home in lake of the pines and we couldn’t have done it without Eric hatch!! The experience and service he provides is absolutely incredible, even in the times that were a little stressful Eric always knew how to support us and calm our anxiety’s about the process! He was extremely patient and flexible with us the whole time. We knew we wanted to buy in lake of the pines and only lake of the pines which didn’t give much wiggle room! We were concerned we would never find a home in lake of the pines within Our budget. Eric knew it was our dream to be in there so he did everything in his power to make it happen. He was on top of it, and would even tell us about listings before they hit the market which was awesome! He never ever made us feel pressured. We truly appreciated that during each home tour he was not hovering or pushy as some realtors tend to be.He is extremely knowledgeable in the field so he was always able to answer any questions we had.
