As first time homebuyers, Tim walked us through the process in detail and was always available to address questions and concerns. He was incredibly responsive and timely. Zach hands down was a perfect agent. He is responsive, knowledgeable and not just in it to make a sale. It was very clear that his goal was to make sure we were in a home that fit our wants and needs while getting us the best deal possible. He took us to every showing we requested and was extremely detail oriented. Pointing out flaws and highlights we wouldn’t have thought to look for. Zach worked with our attorney, lender and selling agent for our current home. He made sure everything went smoothly and was extra help when I became sick right before our closing. We could not be more grateful to him.
