Liz was absolutely fantastic to work with! She fairly and generously priced our house, which sold before it officially went on the market. When the original buyer unbelievably backed out three weeks before closing, she fought for us with honesty, integrity and passion, and was able to keep us calm while the contract was assumed by another buyer. Having Liz on our side was the best decision we made in selling our home of 44 years on Sullivan's Island. I wouldn't dream of using another agent. Liz is the best!

I can honestly say Elizabeth is the very best of the best. We've bought and sold houses before, but never with an agent so talented, so knowledgeable, so hard working and so willing to go the extra mile, or TEN extra miles, to get things done. She was excellent on communication, helping us know what to expect, walking us through complicated processes, advocating for us, helping us with managing repairs, staging, you name it, she did it. She was there every step of the way, even helping us pack boxes. It's not possible to put into words how much we appreciate what Elizabeth did for us, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone selling their home.

Liz Shirley was simply the best. She is everything you want in a real estate agent - knowledgeable, attentive, forward thinking, pleasant, tenacious, connected - you name it, Liz has it. Liz was our agent for our recent IOP oceanfront condo purchase. She will undoubtedly be our agent when we are ready to sell it and buy our permanent Charleston area home.

Elizabeth Shirley goes above and beyond her job. She is not just a real Estate professional but someone who really cares and is there for you every step of the way. I still stay in touch with her long after we purchased our home. She is a true gem.
