She used her extensive experience to carefully stage the house and determine the optimum asking price, and she followed this up with an effective approach to marketing the home to maximize the number of online views and in-person showings. Thanks to Kate's hard work and her tremendous experience in the Annapolis area real estate market, our house received multiple offers and sold very quickly for above the asking price. In my 77 years I’ve met a ton of Sales people and in fact hired many myself and yet so many are lacking the most important ingredient and that is professionalism. That is till I met Wendy Golder she is someone you can trust with all the details required to buy your perfect home. She is a student of the process and will not let you down throughout the entire process. What I admire also is once the deal is completed you will have made a friend that you can call upon years after you have moved into your new home.

My husband and I got to know Wendy quite well after going through the building process with her. Wendy was a very attentive agent. She listened to what my husband and I wanted and made it happen. Because of Wendy are whole transaction seemed quite seamless. She was always very quick to respond when we needed something. She was very dedicated to getting our home just the way we wanted it while being very personable and relatable.
