My sister and I were tasked with selling our mother's home after she passed. We were so relieved to receive amazing consideration and attention from Dave and Elizabeth. The advice they offered came from their obvious experiences and successes. They provided every pricing option to us, based on an honest evaluation of similar homes in the area, and the condition of the house. Complete transparency. The house sold almost immediately - without ever officially being listed! We are pleased and so very grateful for the guidance provided by Dave and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate. She is extremely educated in this field and it was apparent when working with her. Elizabeth is a no nonsense broker and wasted no time in selling my mothers condo at the asking price.

Aaron and Jessica are the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and very genuine. They listen first and then advise you. Their promotional materials are amazing and their use of social media is beyond anything I expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

I was referred to Jessica and Aaron by my lender, and I was very lucky that they did. They are like Swiss Army Knife of a realty team. They were both very responsive to my requests, and respected my time (they worked around my schedule without exception). As each of them has their own areas of expertise, there was never a situation where the information I needed, from the area’s market to needed equipment/repairs, was lacking. From the start, it was apparent that I could rely on them to provide specific and thorough answers on specifics, but also, and more importantly, their insight into my needs, the neighborhoods, and my preferences helped me complete my search quickly, but also helped me get a good deal. Beyond that, they have a deep rolodex of people to help facilitate to the move in process (from inspector and legal) to the post move in process (painting/carpeting/etc.) that will make your life far easier. Ultimately, I think the two of them will work relentlessly with whoever is reading this - regardless of the nature of the search - to make sure that you are happy, but they will also, as the kids say, keep it real with you.
