Elena is outstanding! This was our second time working together with her. She helped us purchase our first condo a few years ago and the whole experience was exceptional. A few months ago we decided to purchase a new house and rent out our condo. Elena assisted us with both: purchasing and renting. She is very knowledgable and responsive. Very professional yet so friendly and easy to communicate with. First-class service, we are very thankful to Elena and can't recommend her enough!

Elena was extremely patient and honest with our search which helped guide us to our recent purchase. She made our home buying experience a seamless process and was there every step of the way. I don't think there was a single email, text, phone call that she missed and if she did, there was always a response reassuring us she was working on it. Her communication and support were the biggest reasons we continued working with Elena and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Thank you Elena!

Elena will go out of her way to make sure everything is going to plan. Because of Elena’s persistence, we were still able to close in a short amount of time even during the busy December month due to the holidays and due to the rising COVID cases. But it seemed nothing got in her way of getting the job done!

Elena made this process so easy and with this current market, not many people can say their process was easy. She really took the time to make sure we understood each step of the process and was available anytime we had questions. We wouldn't have enjoyed this process nearly as much if we had gone with someone else. We would highly recommend Elena and Union Real Estate.
