Elaine Hall acted as our agent in selling our parent's home which had been in the family for nearly 70 years. The home was on the market immediately after property disclosures were completed and a fair offer was received in just a few days. Elaine's responsiveness to questions or comments by us was timely...day or night... weekday or weekend. Her local knowledge was excellent and pricing of the home on target. She worked quickly and well with town officials gaining information regarding the property and her negotiations must have been keen because we received an offer very close to the asking price. The overall sales process progressed quite smoothly which is not always the case when selling real estate. We are happy to recommend Elaine Hall for anyone's real estate needs and we thank her kindly for all her efforts on our family's behalf.

Ended up going with a different agent, didn't seem prepared. She did not always have the disclosures, showed us homes that were already under contract and did not focus on our wants and opinions.

What can I say about Elaine? She said I can sell this home! She came to the house and told us what needed to be done to get the house ready for sale. She always took my calls or got right back to me. It took 7 months but it did sell. We were shocked that the house sold in the middle of the winter. This was a duel agent sale - she represented both parties.

While looking into relocating to Keene from Ohio we enquired about a property to buy with Elaine. During the week long corospondence in which we were given information, attention to details, and knowledgeable feedback our time frame to move was shortened.
