Second time we have worked with Eileen, as she helped us sell my mother’s house after her passing. Eileen is very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process, including all the nuances of an estate sale. She is on top of everything throughout the process and is a great communicator. We got an excellent price, quickly, and it was a smooth closing. Have recommended her to friends and they have also been thrilled with her services. Highly recommend!

Eileen took care of us from start to finish. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always fast to answer texts and emails and works hard to accommodate any schedule. After almost a year of looking for a home, we came across an open house Eileen was hosting in Lynbrook, NY. From the beginning, Eileen was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was easy to get a hold of when needed and was an absolute pleasure to work with during all phases of the buying process for us (from open house > offer > closing). We will definitely contact her again if we ever want to sell and buy a new home, and you should too!

Eileen was very aware of my personal situation and was very supportive and had a clear understanding of my needs. My wife was battling cancer and confined to wheelchair and we needed to moce to a single floor apartment as soon as possible. Eileen delivered in a timely fashion
