I highly recommend Eden as your future real estate agent for Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our family has gone through so many heavy life changes upon our move to Jacksonville, Florida. Buying a home in a time of grief and massive life challenges seemed impossible. We found Eden, and she moved mountain for us to find our perfect home in lightening speed. We were unable to be in Jacksonville physically as we searched for a home. Eden supported us and listened to our needs. She rose above our challenges and ultimately found a home we absolutely love. Her kindness, tenacity and professionalism is unmatched. She was the powerhouse in a time where we needed it the most. Our family recently had the good fortune to work with Eden Jordan and her team, and I cannot say enough good things about their commitment to make selling your home their top priority. The first fact is they know the Fleming Island market exceptionally well, helping us to price the home above what we expected going in, and have it sold in a month. The second tenet is their commitment to customer service. There wasn't one time I called her that she didn't happily answer my question. My parents are in their 70's and have difficulty communicating verbally, and Eden and Lillia took the time to make them feel at ease and answer all of their questions. I know that took a lot of time and patience, and I will always appreciate that extra touch. And third, they take care of everything! They put my parents in touch with local people to sell unwanted furniture, and recommended good movers to help once the house was sold. Whatever we needed, to include breezing through closing early, they took care of to make this an easy and seamless process. I would absolutely recommend Eden Jordan as your realtor!
