We were not even looking for an agent when we crossed paths with Ed Dee, but we sure are glad we met. Ed assisted us through the entire process of selling our Boulder Creek home. He kept us on track with weekly meetings and assisted us every step of the way. This man even removed fallen pears from the backyard. In a lousy housing market he worked his magic and our house sold in less than a week and over asking price. He also assisted us in buying our dream home in Washington state. This man's knowledge of real estate and people is invaluable. I highly recommend him.

Ed helped us navigate through the purchase of our home during one of the most challenging markets for buyers. His advice and guidance helped us avoid overbidding and potential pitfalls. During the showing, he let us have our space while pointing out both great things about the home and problem areas to watch for.
