Dwight was very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful throughout the planning and preparation process for the sale. He was also very good at explaining options and marketing strategies as well as recommending other third parties to assist in the preparation and staging of the house. Dwight was accessible and stayed in communication throughout the process. As a result, the sales process and closing went very smoothly and was completed in 30 days. I would highly recommend Dwight to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

Dwight is amazing! He's always honest, and looks out for our best interest! He helped my parents buy a house in Christiansburg and with my mom being blind he always looked for potential issues that could be dangerous to her. Dwight got my parents the perfect house at a great price! He made sure everything went smooth throughout the whole process! I highly recommend him and plan to use him again!

I trusted NEST Realty and Dwight Atkinson with the sale of my home and additional property. I could NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED. Their lack of knowledge, expertise and general understanding have been beyond disappointing. Key factors in the contracts were overlooked, resulting in significant errors. Consequently, there are now legal implications they are responsible for and no one can seem to get a hold of them. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE of NEST REALTY, TRUE NORTH TITLE AND DWIGHT ATKINSON!!!
