Considering my experience with Doug was via the purchase of my first home, he kept his cool and demeanor working with me (because I'm a hot head and totally impatient!). His even-keeled persona is a positive attribute as it surely helps in the lengthy (and stressful one!) but it MIGHT be a detriment when it comes to final, tough negotiations. But I will say this, Doug forewent a percentage of is commission to make our deal work, and THAT means a lot, when it comes to closing a deal and getting it done. Thanks Doug.

We worked with Doug during the of buying our first house. He was extremely helpful during the whole time. Being first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but Doug was knowledgeable and patient through out the entire process. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and is not just showing you random houses. He also made us much more aware of different areas that we had not even considered. He was a constant professional the entire time and always went above and beyond for our best interests. When showing us houses you could see the time that went into choosing them for viewing and would always give great advice and ideas that we did not think of. It was almost as if he was looking for a house that he would move into, which made it feel very personal and reassuring. You will not go wrong choosing Doug.

Working with Doug was a great decision for my first home. He was on my side through the whole process. I never felt pressured to make a decision that was not in my best interest. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend working with him.
