Recently I needed to sell my mom's home. Not living in Watertown put me at a great disadvantage since I was not familiar with local contractors. The basement walls needed some paint before showing the house. Dorette reached out to a local painter on a Thursday evening and by Friday at 5pm the job was completed. I didn't have to make a phone call or a trip to Watertown. She handled everything. Her knowledge, experience and attention to detail was invaluable. She was a peach to work with and I'm not sure she ever sleeps!

Dorette made selling my parents home super simple. She arranged people to help clean up and do minor repairs as we were getting the house ready to be put on the market. We lived 100 miles away so having someone there being able to act on our behalf during such a stressful time was a huge benefit to choosing her as our realtor.
