We were searching for a house in southern NJ and were doing it from Florida. We met Donna Rothman after responding to an online listing. That was a stroke of luck. Donna touched base with us regularly over the next few months. We saw the house we wanted at 10 pm on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. She made herself available throughout the holiday weekend and got our bid in to the seller immediately. Make no mistake....in this crazy real estate market, your agent's availability is key. After that, Donna helped us every step of the way through to the closing which occurred the day after another long holiday weekend. She picked up every phone call, answered every question, and worked with us every step of the way. We recommend her without qualification.

Donna found us a rental within our budget while meeting the needs of our specific rental time frame, not to mention... in an EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE COVID-19 market! After looking on our own for months, we reached out to Donna. She answered our call right away and within a few days, she was able to find a rental which had not even yet hit the market. She made herself available to meet for a tour on short notice and the rental far exceeded my expectations. Even after we decided to take the rental, she held our hand through the paperwork, interfaced with the landlord to allow an earlier move in time, and negotiated allowing us to bring our pet for a small fee. I cannot say enough good things about Donna and her ability to come up with solutions to represent both parties best interests fairly. Soon as we need another rental, are ready to buy a home, or ever want to sell a property... Donna 100% has our business!

While I have known Donna for many years, she handled the sale of my house as the true professional that she is. At our first meeting, she came prepared with all of the necessary documents and research for us to make an informed decision on sale price. She belongs to many professional organizations that require consistent courses and thus can provide much needed information, research, and trends in the market. All of her advice in preparing the property for sale paid off in the end and she helped make the process as seamless as possible. She has a broad knowledge of many areas in New Jersey and I look forward to working with her again in finding our new home.

After several years of unsuccessful house hunting, we met Donna via a friend’s recommendation. Within weeks, we had placed an offer on our dream home, which we closed on shortly after. Donna took the time to walk us through comps in the area so we knew what the right price was, ensuring we felt the offer was fair. She also worked with complete transparency and was always completely accessible to us. Purchasing a home is an exciting yet stressful experience, but Donna was there every step of the way. Whether it was her rolodex of professional contacts to recommend to us or guidance in working with the bank, Donna had the experience and patience for it all. The fact that I am typing this from my dream home says it all: Donna is the BEST and we have been + will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent that works miracles. My wife and I had talked about purchasing a vacation home for years. We met Donna at an open house she was listing. She educated us very much on the market, showed us flood zones; even topography maps. Really educated us on the jersey shore and what a valuable investment it is. Throughout the whole process, Donna was extremely knowledgeable, patient and accessible. Found us a great mortgage broker, and home inspector. Even found us a tenant to rent over the winter. We highly recommend her!!!
