Donna was great to work with. From the beginning of our discussions to closing she was very professional. She provided insight and suggestions while we were in the sales process. Fortunately our home sold within 3 days at asking. She worked hard for us when the appraisal did not come back as we had hoped, but in the end the negotiation with the buyers worked out and everyone was satisfied with the end result. We have had an amazing experience with Donna. We personally worked with Barbra who works directly under Donna, and have been very happy with our open communication and experience we have shared. Especially on the things we were really looking for in our first home buying experience. Barbra has been there every step of the way and helped with our communication process with Donna herself. Donna did all the big job, behind the scenes work for us, i guess is what you call it. She was very helpful in sharing knowledge with us on this experience especially seeing as to how we really knew nothing of how to get started. They were both tremendously helpful and my husband and I both would recommend 10/10 to use them for any of your home buying experiences.
