I highly recommend Donna Chingery to sell or buy a house (we did both) -- Donna worked with us every step of the way, so very knowledgeable and helpful. Donna was always making sure to help the process run smoothly, that we had good people supporting us and that all our questions were answered. Donna is so supportive and easy to communicate with and she brings years of expertise and a wealth of knowledge to the process. We are so glad we found her !

Donna again and again support and helped my girlfriend and I when buying our first home. As first time home buyers, she consistently balanced letting us make decisions while also giving us opportunities to improve and learn about the process of buying a house. Donna is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process, and “went to bat” for us multiple times to make sure we were getting a fair shake. She is a 10/10 real-estate agent. You should definitely try to work with her if possible!

So incredibly grateful to be able to work with Donna in purchasing our townhome! She was so helpful with every step of the process, especially with my boyfriend and I being first time home-buyers. She made time for us in her schedule with ease, listened to all of our specific needs/wants in our desired property, and eventually found us our perfect unit. She was honest with us throughout the whole process which left us feeling very confident with every decision we made. Could not have asked for a better person to find, show, and then help us close on our new home. Thank you again Donna!!!

Donna is a multi-talented agent who knows how to get the job done. She is very personable, knows her job well and stops at nothing to get the required results. I had a difficult house sale and Donna coached me through it by going above & beyond as we hit each road block. I would highly recommend her as an agent to sell your home. She also helped me find a great rental!

I cannot express how much I appreciate and value how Donna guided my husband and me throughout the home buying process. We fortuitously connected with Donna regarding a home she had listed, only to use her as our realtor for another home, the one we eventually purchased. As first-time home buyers, we were apprehensive, but in no way prepared for what the next few months had in store. Through months and months of waiting for our home, Donna communicated with us on a daily to weekly basis, providing much needed grounding and support throughout an incredibly stressful waiting period. She was there to answer every question, get the answers to any questions we had, and help us see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sitting in our home almost a year later, I can’t imagine going through this journey with any other realtor—she is truly stellar. Thank you for everything Donna!
