The challenge of being listed in a paralyzed market (60 days with only 2 showings, 2 different realtors) left me eager to find a strong realtor. I hit the jackpot when I picked Diane as my agent. Not only was she a true real estate professional in every sense of the word, but she also guided me through the Florida real estate market, was incredibly patient with me and my family, and provided me with helpful and useful information. She was always available to answer my questions. She provided sound guidance and was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent- presented Market sales data, Listing on line in 2 days - created many showings , & multiple offers, & her office team Impressive. Communication with The seller agent - Updates to offer / inspections all needed info professionally processed - contractor contact for moving out furniture - all came together for a no Problems sale

Diane and Jason are consummate professionals. Their extensive knowledge of the market and years of sales experience enabled us to properly price, effectively market, and achieve a sale in record time. During the process they were willing to "roll up their sleeves" and get "hands on" with solving any problem which stood in the way of a successful outcome. If you are reading this review, then you are probably in the market for a real estate agent. Well, your search is over. Diane and Jason are the absolute best agents you could hope to work with. They are friendly, professional, and communicative. In fact, they were able to get me an offer on my house before I had planned for it to go on the market (and for more than I was expecting)! I couldn't be happier with the results that they provided and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A five star rating doesn't do them justice!
