Diana was great help finding our new apartment to rent. She is very personable, honest and gave us local recommendations. She doesn’t seem doing this job just for to make money but because she really wants to help people find their perfect new home. Thank you Diana!

My husband and I worked with Diana to purchase a home in Southwest Florida. Diana was able to help us without reservation despite the fact that we had selected an area that was approximately 1.5 hours from her home base. She was incredibly responsive and made herself available on a moments notice, whether it was for a phone call or to drive to us for a showing. We made offers on several homes and each time she found a wifi location so we could get the offer submitted immediately. We lost out on the first few homes (through no fault of Diana) but ultimately found a home that was perfect for us. Her excellent service did not stop once our offer was accepted....she stayed with us through every step of the home inspection, additional negotiations needed as a result of the inspection findings, the final walk through and the closing itself. As buyers located out of State, we appreciated her willingness to tour us through homes via FaceTime as well as making herself available to us in the evenings and on weekends whenever we had questions or had found yet another home we wanted her to research for us. Diana definitely went above and beyond in all of her work with us and was professional and pleasant no matter how many times we contacted her about things. I would highly recommend her to assist anyone with their home buying (or selling) experience!

Diana just sold our Apartment on St Pete Beach within a very short time of putting it on the market. She was completely professional and gave us complete confidence in all that she did, she kept us informed at all stages and worked very hard with marketing using all modern techniques coupled with a very trustworthy and honest personality and a superb local knowledge of the market. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Diana for anyone looking to buy or sell a property on the beach.

After a negative experience with another local Realtor, Diana was a breathe of fresh air. Her energy and strong work ethic are unmatched. Diana has an extensive knowledge of the Saint Petersburg area, and helps search for answers to any question regarding local properties. Diana assisted us in our search for the right condo, and also has been beneficial in helping us rent it out until we are able to relocate. She is compassionate in her work and approach to life. Diana can find a way to do almost anything in her search to find you the right place - Her contagious smile is just another benefit - You can't go wrong in choosing her.

Diana helped our family to buy beautiful waterfront vacation house in St Pete Beach almost 10 years ago. During 10 years she managed the property with attention to every detail. I could totally trust her with all aspects of my RE needs. Last December she listed our house and within a month sold it!! What a great job! She always puts extra effort to help her customers. I had great experience with Diana for almost 10 years as a buyer's and listing agent as well as property manager. Diana is SUPER!!
