Diana and her team were excellent to work with. Easy to say they were one of the best realtors we've ever worked with! We had specific requirements we were looking for in our future home, and within a price range, and Diana and her team really did their research to narrow it down to a few choices. After a couple of weekends, we found our home and the process was painless. Usually there are so many options to choose from, which can make the buying process more tedious, but because we narrowed down our search, the process was very easy and Diana made sure we found a home we could love for the next few years. Diana was recommended to us by a friend, and it is safe to say that we will be recommending her to anyone that needs help finding a home!

We were on the market looking for a new home for almost a year. That was a really tough year, bidding wars, failed inspections , escalation clause strategy. Then our friends recommended us Diana Matichyn, and told us that she helped them to buy a house for a less than asking price. In this competitive market that’s very unusual. Diana helped us find our dream house within a couple of weeks, helped us with winning strategy and we got a house that wasn’t even on a market yet. I would strongly recommend Diana Matichyn, she’s the best realtor in Algonquin, Lake Zurich area. We’re very grateful for Diana’s help and support.

Diana may well be the best realtor in Schaumburg. My siblings and I needed her help marketing my elderly mother's 57 year old home that she could no longer maintain on her own. Diana brought us her passion, her experience and a seamless process for pricing, preparing, staging and marketing the home for the best price. She did a walk through and told us what to paint, clean and leave as is. She sent a very professional team to take excellent pictures and 3D video of the entire place. Then she did a video walk through where she gave a tour and highlighted the home's best features. She posted that content all over her social media accounts. We had offers before it was even listed. Diana staged two short days of open house viewing. We got about 13 offers after that and we landed at $61,000 over the asking price. Working with Diana and her team was a beautiful experience during what was otherwise a challenging time.

We chose Diana Matichyn and her team for the sale/purchase of our homes and could not have been happier with the support, guidance, and her amazing marketing abilities. The video-tour walk through and photos she took of our Palatine home absolutely helped us secure three offers in the hours/days immediately after our open house - ultimately securing a full asking price, as-is, offer in just THREE DAYS on the market! I have never seen another local Realtor with an online social media presence like Diana. Check out her social media pages to see reels, videos, photos, and walking tours of her properties – she really knows how to showcase a listing! Diana is not just a well-known Realtor in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs, she is also a resident of the area where she lives with her family, which I feel really helps her understand the ins and outs of the different towns and villages and the amenities each provides. We ended up finding our perfect forever-home in Hawthorn Woods and after a lot of back and forth with the seller, navigating the purchase through an Estate, and a very long close period, with Diana’s support we closed end of December 2023. I couldn’t recommend Diana enough, she has such care for her team and for her clients – pair that up with a stellar record of home sales in the area and her savvy marketing capabilities – you won’t be disappointed with the service you will receive!
