I have gotten to know Devon Stevens for 4 years now and he has always gone above and beyond to help us find the right home. My wife and I moved to Omaha, NE in 2013 for medical school with a 6 month old baby. We didn't know anything about the area but knew we needed a house close to school and were hoping for a safe neighborhood. When we came across Devon, he helped us not only find the right home in the best possible neighborhood but he was also mindful that we might be moving again in 4 years. He was our foot on the ground when we were not in Omaha. He helped us close the entire transaction without being there and referred us to a reliable general contractor to help remodel the entire house before moving in. The simple trust and care he showed as he owned the entire process from start to finish is hard to put a price on. When it came time to sell our home in Omaha, there was not a question in our mind to not go with Devon knowing that again, we will not be there to sell the property and needed someone like Devon that can handle unforeseen obstacles and guide us to the next steps. I will always recommend him to any medical or non medical person due to his professionalism and true willingness to help people get the right home within their budget.

Devon sold our house fast and at a good price. He always responded quickly to whatever questions we had and answered any time morning, night, weekends by text, phone, and email. He was very professional and patient with us. He had a good knowledge of the neighborhood and of the market. He referred a handyman and a roofer to us who did great work to fulfill the buyer's repair requests. He made the process easy and smooth for us.

Devon more than went "that extra mile" in helping me purchase my condo recently, including working on Saturdays and Sundays. He was also great in responding to questions/concerns I had during the process and after. If you're looking for an agent who will go more than "above and beyond", look no further than Devon.

Devon helped my family buy our first home! He made a very scary process easier to handle for my wife and I! He was professional, courteous and honest. We even withdrew an offer on his advise and couldn't be happier for the direction he suggested! Great experience all around with him and his team!
