Denise provided us with an amazing first home buying experience. Even though we were extremely indecisive, she pushed through and helped us find our dream home. It is worth noting that Denise was willing and able to go outside of her normal NJ jurisdiction's to help us find a home. We are very pleased with the guidance and professionalism we received from Denise.

Denise was great to work with. From her initial presentation through closing she did an outstanding job. In addition to all the expected responsibilities she took the time to help us find high quality reasonably priced vendors to help us get the house ready for sale. She went above and beyond as the staging, showings and closing all occurred after we moved. We trusted her completely to represent our best interest throughout the process and she did not disappoint. Her attention to detail and service were unmatched and I would not hesitate to engage her again! If you are looking for an agent who will support you from beginning to end and go above and beyond then you should hire Denise!

We have had a fifteen+ year relationship with Denise through three homes. First when she found us our starter home (then selling it), to buying and selling our 2nd home and now finding our forever home. In each instance, she has proved to be a true professional - providing great counsel and experience on our purchases while executing efficiently with great marketing/pricing on our sales. Denise was outstanding in advising and assisting us in preparation for putting our home of 30 years on the market. She invited colleagues to tour the property and confer together on the best asking price. She consulted with us in creating a website to market our property, and she connected us with a professional stager, who made a significant difference in the overall presentation. Our home sold in three days at our asking price, and Denise helped moderate and negotiate questions from the buyer and their attorney. She was present for the walk-throughs, including the final day of our move, in order to say goodbye and wish us well. We could not have been more pleased and grateful for her professionalism and her friendship in helping us through this transition.
