Our experience buying and selling a home with Denise Ardisson and her team was outstanding. Denise is detail oriented and quick to come up with solutions. She counseled us on improvements that would increase the value of our home and it made a huge difference when it was listed well over the original estimate. She is knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of real estate and we recommend her to anyone buying, selling, or in the beginning stages of planning. We have gone through the entire process with her and we are glad we did. Her team was also fantastic with a special thanks to Addison Johnson and Jeny York. Addison tirelessly helped us search for our dream home, set up searches for us, and provided fantastic knowledge on improvements we could make to our new home. Jeny kept us on track with checklists and communications. We can't thank all of them enough for their professionalism and going above and beyond in our sale and purchase. There aren't words to describe how grateful we are to Denise and her entire team for their support in the sale of my parent's home. Denise was not only efficient and professional throughout the process of selling the house, she was compassionate and supportive during the difficult time when my father passed away. I couldn't be more grateful for how she treated my mother and how she made her feel at ease regarding the sale of the home. Denise was also very accurate with her estimate of the value of the home and was willing to go above and beyond to help prepare the house for showing. The home was sold quickly and at a price that we felt was very fair. I strongly recommend Denise and her team and would not hesitate for a second to reach out to them again in the future.

Denise is an incredible professional and a caring human being. From the moment we contacted her, she was efficient, knowledgeable and got the ball rolling to make the sale of my mother’s home happen as fast as possible (one of our objectives) and to get the best price for her. She helped us find auctioneers, painters, plasterers and other individuals that made preparing the house for sale the easiest process possible. From beginning to end Denise was amazing, answering calls and messages quickly and giving us advice on so many fronts. On top of this she was compassionate, caring and always a good listener. If we ever needed a realtor again, I would call her without reservation whatsoever. I highly, highly recommend her!

Denise made the whole process of selling our house incredibly simple and smooth. She sold our house in fewer than 48 hours (with multiple offers). Denise was always available to answer our questions and explain the complicated details of contracts and offer sheets.

Denise and her people did an absolutely amazing job helping me find my home! The process was a lengthy journey. There were so many different types of locale to select from. From modern to seriously old fashioned. However, their services showcased the highest grade of professionalism. Recommend them anytime!
