You can tell that she truly cares about her clients and it’s super easy to build a great rapport with her. She always responds to messages quickly and she will go to bat for you. Delilah is really knowledgeable about the area which has been super helpful to me as a recent NM transplant. I can’t thank her enough for making this process so easy for me.

Delilah was fantastic at helping me find a great condo that stayed in budget and provided excellent advice. Once i found my condo, she worked tirelessly to communicate with the seller and help me file the appropriate forms early. Several times she would send me updates regarding the process or updated documents well after most people would have stopped working. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would. Additionally, after my purchase Delilah has continued to help me by providing references to contractors that very quickly helped solve any issues that arose, such as my air conditioning breaking during this 100 degree hot summer. If you are looking to buy a home I cannot recommend Delilah enough.

My husband and I are relocating from Virginia and were looking in the Placitas, Corrales, and East Mountain area for ~700K. Knowing we would be putting in an offer from across the country, it was critical to us that our realtor was someone we could trust—and we felt that instantly with Delilah. From the very first email, Delilah was responsive, friendly, and thorough. She walked us through every step of the process and even helped us find great mortgage options. She painstakingly documented every house we thought might be a fit, always getting the scoop necessary from the list agent to put in a great offer. Ultimately, we just closed on a dream house that we won after she worked her realtor network to get us an early showing. It’s a tough market. Frankly, you need someone like Delilah who is going to work her connections and go above-and-beyond to get you a great contract and the house you love. On top of being just all around excellent, working with Delilah was such a pleasure—we adore her and can't recommend her more highly. We know without a doubt that we’ll be reaching out to her again when we’re ready to sell!

Delilah was the best realtor we could have asked for when purchasing our first home! She took the time to explain the entire process and answer any questions we had as first time homebuyers. She guided us through the entire process and even gave us numerous contacts for home improvement projects after closing. Delilah truly is a wealth of knowledge and does everything in her power to make the home buying process as easy and stress free as possible. We definitely recommend her to anyone in the market!
