Good luck getting anything from Dee beyond paperwork to sign. Once the signing was done, the ink wasn’t even dry and she immediately disappears. She screens all phone calls so you’ll never get a returned call, and she also ignores all emails. No communication will come from her unless it’s for her to receive money. She doesn’t return deposits and she will use her own experience as a 2x widow to garner sympathy, as well as anything else she can use to her advantage. Highly unprofessional as she dodges all communication attempts.

I used Dee when I looked at condos in Angel Fire. I found her professionalism, honesty, knowledge of the local real estate market, and follow-up (I did not have to call 3x...) to be refreshing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or to use for other properties. Thank you Dee!

Dee found my current home for me. It was a foreclosure. I had issues with the original Mortgage Broker and had to switch a week before escrow was supposed to close. The bank was ready to pull out of it but because of Dee, and her amazing negotiation skills, my escrow was extended, I found the right lender and the purchase went through. I will ALWAYS use Dee Kendall for anything real estate in Taos.
