Dorothy and Vicki handled themselves professionally at all times and were able to answer all of our inquiries whenever needed. They went above and beyond to watch over our home especially after we moved to Kentucky in June. They are very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We felt like we could approach them at any time with whatever needs we had. They were very kind and patient with us throughout the sale process. They were instrumental in the quick sale of our home and the sale process. We were blessed to have them work with us through this process.

We bought a wonderful home in Swansea, IL with the guidance and assistance of Phyllis Hannah of Strano Realty. We were moving into the area via the federal government. Phyllis is professional, polite, well prepared and effective. She knows the area well and was straight with us in helping find the area we wanted based on our price point and commuting to Scott AFB. She was always on time for our appointments and didn't waste our time while taking us through properties. Phyllis "reads" her clients well and effectively steers them to their own decision. If we came back to the area we would contact Phyllis Hannah first.
