Cathy was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Cathy. She was quick in her responses when we wanted to see a property and made sure we truly understood the process. She was more than happy to schedule showings and when it came time to place an offer, she worked with us really closely to ensure everything was submitted in a timely manner. Nicole Leahy was the perfect agent for our family to both find our perfect home and sell our previous home. Throughout the whole process of both buying and selling, she has always demonstrated a superior knowledge of the current real estate market, she was always available with any questions or concerns we may have had, and moreover, she was always enthusiastic and personally invested in the new beginning our family of 5 was ready to embark on. We worked with Nicole for about 6 months to find the perfect house, and she was an incredibly valuable resource and friend during the entire process. We are nothing short of grateful, for our encounter at an open house led to a new beginning for our family. She is a great communicator, wonderful resource for any concerns that may arise, and an amazing person to represent your family during a real estate transaction. I cannot end this review without also mentioning the gifts that she gave our family upon our successful closing, as she left our children with stuffed animals for their new home and framed images of our first house as a family. It is a testament to her character and to her business at William Raveis Real Estate, as they care not only for the business, but for the people that their business makes a difference to. I will be forever thankful for their help to start this new chapter in our lives.

Elisa was very professional and did a great job helping us find a home in North Andover. We were very satisfied with her knowledge of the local area and flexibility to be available when homes we were interested in can onto the market. We would definitely contact her in the future if we decide to get into the market again.

I highly recommend going with Nicole when you're looking for a new home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and she was always prepared to not only answer them but break down all the options and reasons in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole searching and buying process much easier, scheduling viewings and walkthroughs in ways that we could easily tackle a few in a day without rushing and plenty of time to take in the area and ask any questions I needed to. She came prepared to every viewing and took her time to point out any pros and cons of the units I may not have noticed on the walkthrough. Shes easy to talk to and very kind too!
